Joel is Texas Elite Events Co-CEO along with his wife Lacy. If you have ever had the pleasure of working with Joel you know your event was in good hands. His motto is to over deliver. Behind the scenes Joel works tirelessly for his clients making sure they get quality service and talent. Joel is one of Houston's most requested balloon artists and balloon decor artists. He has 22 years of expertise and counting.

Lacy is Texas Elite's Co-CEO, lead artist and trainer. Lacy has years of experience and a solid enthusiasm for keeping all aspects of Elite looking sharp and on top of its game in the entertainment industry. She is one of Houston's most sought after face painters and airbrush artists as well as one of Houston's most diverse entertainment artists. She believes if your going to do something, do it right.
JENNIFER HULL-MUNIZ

Jennifer is Texas Elite Event's Office Manager. When you call in this is the voice that gets it done. She's got quite the skill set and years of performing to prove it. The industry has a thing or two to learn from this girl. She puts her heart into everything she does and takes pride in customer satisfaction. With every event Jennifer sees to it that your event is one to remember. She is one of our most skilled and requested balloon artists /airbrush artists and is currently training to be a traditional face painter.

Corinne is one of our most respected airbrush artists. Shes a triple threat with years of vocal preforming, her get it done attitude and artistic skill. She is currently training to be a traditional face painter and balloon artist. If you have had the pleasure of having Corinne as your artist at an event you know she puts you first. From her classy first impression to her professional communication skills we are delighted to have her as part of our team.
SHANE HULL-MUNIZ

We feel fortunate to have Shane on our team. He currently is pursuing a career as a professional singer and song writer. He has got an amazingly witty sense of humor, unique style, upbeat personality, and remarkable skill. The ultimate combination of qualities for an artist/performer for your next event.
ZACH

Zach is a highly recommended airbrush artist and is currently training to be a balloon artist with Texas Elite Events. . The kid can make anything look easy. He has exceptional problem solving skills and a drive like nothing we've seen. He is perusing videography and has been recently filming commercials. Zach's positive character and ability to see the perfect outcome before there's anything to see makes him a gem in the entertainment industry.
COURTNEY ROUSE

One of the newest members of the Elite Team. Without a doubt Courtney steals the heart of every client. Her goal is to bring a smile to everyone she has the pleasure of serving with her talent and skill. She has innate artistic ability and is currently training to become a traditional face painter and balloon artist. We are excited to see her evolve as an entertainer and an artist with the Texas Elite Team.
COLIN ROUSE
Airbrush Tattoo Artist, Team Leader
One of the newest members of the Texas Elite Team. Colin is undeniably one of the most dependable team members Elite Events has seen. Always presentable, prompt, reliable and professional, Colin may be new to the entertainment industry, but his natural leadership skills and problem solving makes him highly recommended. For larger events and for other agents he often serves as team leader to supervise the productivity of entertainment. Colin is currently training to become a balloon artist.
JAMES SHIVER
Prodigy Balloon Artist, Airbrush Tattoo Artist, and soon to be prodigy at pretty much everything else.
James is currently on a 2 year Mission In Scotland/Ireland. He was with us for about a year before leaving on his mission and evidently the kid is a born entertainer. In Joel's twenty years of twisting and training he has rarely seen someone take to the entertainment industry as James has. James' sense of humor and uncanny purpose to bring joy into the lives around him pared with his ability to be trained in any skill effortlessly has earned him the title of The Prodigy in our Elite Family. We will welcome him home in September this year.
